Fish Disease Or Not - Can't Be Sure

Hi guys,

i've got some mini mollies (yellow ones) and i can see dark patches inside one of them - is that normal? Its not lethargic and has a very good appetite. enclosed are pictures.

judging by the big black patches, preggers and not long to go by the belly.
