Fish Disease Emergency

ok so here is the basic story
I had purchased two electric yellow cichlids about a week ago and put them in my tank with my other 5 white cloud minnows (which have not been attacked to this day) the first day i had got the electrics i noticed 2 small raised white bumps almost like a pimple except white, also it had some redness around it. Another symptom i observed even though its hard to tell because of the yellow was they seem to also have some whitish dull patches very hard to see tho. so i went to LFS thinking it was a fungus and bought some maracyn. 5 days later and the disease is still present. So then i went again to the LFS and looked for furan 2 they were sold out . so i got general cure and triple sulfa instead (thinking maybe bacteria or flukes). today is the first treatment im using both meds at once. Another sympmtom i noticed was my cichlids sometimes shake or vibrate really fast, i havent notice to much scratching though.Also they eat exceptionally well which does not make any sense? today (first day of treatment with general cure and sulfa) i looked at one of my white clouds it seems the disease has spread to my cloud, she has a whitish looking mark or patch on her.

please help before my tank is exterminated from whatever disease this is

I don't keep Malawi's but aren't the Electric Yellows from there, I wouldn't have thought WCM and these cichlids should not be kept in the same environment ?

Anyway you really need to -

1. post pics of the fish showing the problem
2. describe your tank and contents to assist us

Once we have all the tank conditions then we can help, also you could be aggravating the condition with all the medication you are using, it might not be a disease but some sort of pollutant in your tank.
