Fish Cycling With Amonia - Size Of Drops?

I've found that drops are pretty consistent from dropper to dropper, as long as the viscosity of the liquid is the same. Water, ammonia, and Prime are all about the same viscosity, and you will get around 20 drops per ml. I've done this with 3 different size droppers and a turkey baster, they all end up the same.

I used a plastic syringe (no needle!) Seemed to work quite well for getting "drops" from.

I would think a syringe would work great if you can find one. It would be very easy to measure a ml and add it to the water.
