Fish Choices

Well, after my group of 5 chromis randomly died in quick succession, I've been down to four fish: my kole tang, a pair of maroon clowns, and my falco hawk. I just had red bugs, so after treating with interceptor, for inverts I have only two turbo snails, two Marguerita snails, and maybe my Nass snails, but I'm not sure on those guys. So...obviously I need something that is at least fairly aggressive, and that won't eat corals. Other than that my only real restrictions are size, and making sure they don't eat the hawk. My ideas so far are:
Fu Manchu/dwarf lion, though not sure if they would eat the hawk
Tobacco basslet
Anthia
Six/fourline wrasse, not sure if he would be mean enough
Obviously I want only one of these, or whatever else you can come up with...tell me your ideas!

I dont think the dwarf lion would eat the hawk, unless its a juvie?

The anthia's are lovely fish but require feeding several times a day, so water quality can become a problem. Basslet, I dont have any knowledge of the one you mention, but most are ok but some can become a little aggressive. The six line has in some tanks been known to have a little nibble on some corals, others thought have housed them with no problems at all. Also take a look at orchid dottybacks, flasher wrasses, Fairy wrasses

Thanks, I ended up with a coral beauty 2 days ago, and so far so good. He's still hiding, but whenever some food floats near him I see him eat it. He actually beat up the tang pretty bad, but he'll be ok.

hey! I saw that you had five chromies? How many do you think is best so they school, i have heard 4-5. And why did yours die so i know what to look out for, thanks - Adam
