My tank is currently being treated for ick on my red tailed shark. The product i am using is the interpet anti white spot no.6.
The red tailed is looking healthier by the day but i have 4 baby bala sharks and 1 off them is swimming but upside down and when i switch to to upright it swims but then drops unspide down again. Its breathing looks fine.

Will my other fish die?

Also 2 balas are looking alot darker in color and 1 is still the silvery color

See, I have had some friends complain on similar issue with their fishes. As per the research i did then, it was classic swim bladder disorder. Probably, your baby shark is affected by that.

Some meds do affect certain shark's. I've had to use less dosage in the past and it didn't harm my Bala's, but did the trick on the infected fishes.

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Not sounding good. Once a fish rest on its back they rarely make it.

Swim bladder can be caused by bad water quality, bad diet of to many dried foods, unstable temp, bacterial infection of the swim bladder, injury, birth defect, internal parasites.
