Fish are acting funny

Hey guys. I was looking at my fish the other day and i saw my swordtail swimming backwards. I read that if a swordtail moves backwards by the femail fish hes i trying to get her pregnate but i really don't know . Can you guys please help me with this i would like to know if i will be excepting some new swordies soon.
