Fish And Plants Of The Amazon?

I am starting my concentration for my AP studio Art class. I have to do 12 pecies on a specific topic, I am thinking or doing the Amazon ecosystem, but I can't find any underwater pictures of the amazon . Can someone help me, what does a natural Amazon habitat look like? What plants grow there? what fish, shrimp, and snails live there?

Not alot of pictures because generally the underwater amazon world consists of 0 visibility, with a bed of rotting leave and the odd tree branch thrown in. Home aquariums tend to glorify the beauty just a tad

I was wondering about that . Are there any natural habitats of tropical fish with somewhat clear water?

the only thing i can think of is perhaps river streams, otherwise just take a look at barrier reefs.
