in my tank i have 2 golden opaline gourami's. One is female and the other is male. The male seems to always be chasing her and pushing her (is this some kind of mating symbol?) Her tail looks 'ripped' and the male is also picking on the smaller fish in the tank. Any idea's on how to stop this? Is this just a natural thing or is it something i can stop?

opaline gouramis are very well known for this, only idea i would have is maybe one or two more females would help? i dont know really tho, but male opalines are always rough on their own kind and most other fish smaller then it. See what others have to say about a solution.
