You need to test your water for ammonia and nitrites, knowing the nitrate level and ph would be helpfull as well.
Mollies do better in brackish water, which means some added salt.
How big is your tank and what filtration? As the tank is new it could be cycling which is hard on fish.

Angel is right...If your tank is only 3 weeks old and they have been in there since the beginning then the stress of going through the maturing water ammonia and Nitrite spikes may have damaged it. :(
Test your water for Ammonia, Nitrites and Nitrates Some aqautic stores will do this for you from a sample, especially if you brought a tank from them. ;)

thanx 4 ur help. i will add sum salt to my tank then, anyfink to stop em dying, i feel awfull as its my fault for bein ova eager, ive bin told my tank is way to small, 18" height n length, 12" width, i had the tank given to me so i bought evryfink else brand new to set it up, i had sum information on how to get it all goin but it really was very basic, ive got a lot more info now so im gna try to calm down a bit  thanx 4 ya help, debs, xxx.

hmm, yes your tank is weeeny! it's about a 10 gallon i think, which is, as you said, too small for mollies really. if you can get hold of a 20 gallon that would be better, if budget is a problem scout around for second hand ones (Loot, Newsagent Windows etc). (Make sure you see second hand ones full of water if possible, make sure there's no leaks!)

and read up on this forum about fishless cycling.

And not writing in text would help us to read it better too :)

Add a teaspoon of aquarium salt per gallon and make sure you dissolve it first. 12 hours later add another teaspoon per gallon and remember when you do water changes to re add the salt, but not if you are topping up through evaporation.
Have you done a water change recently? Do you use a gravel vac and when you clean out the filter always wash it out in old tank water or dechlorinated warm tap water.
