Today all my fish arrived, 16 fish and 4 snails total. 6 L stappersi (the ones with the shells), 6 Corydoras sterbai (none pictured as they're playing hide-and-seek), and 4 Gold/Albino Bristlenose Plecs (2 male, 2 female) with a Long-fin Zebra Danio nosing into one shot. And a pic of two of the snails, which are purple. I have 3 purple and 2 jade ones. With these purchases, I've officially exhausted my fish and entertainment spending money.

Me too! In the 2nd pic, it looks like they're each staking a claim to one, how cute!

They are actually. These guys will stake claim to a small territory with shells and fight for the rights to others. They live and breed in them so they try to keep the best ones. Aggressive but not dangerously so. :p

Yeah, still looking to get one but at the moment, have nowhere to set it up. Maybe in the 55 gallon but that's already hitting stocking limits; 4 BN's, 6-8 Otos, RTBS, 2 Clown Loaches, and 6 Zebra Danios. The Clowns I may sell as much as I hate it but ever since moving them in it, I've lost two of them and don't want to risk it again. If I sell them, I'll probably get a Leopard Frog Plec. I do have a 29 I might be able to set it up in. There are only 4 Panda Cories and 2 Trlieatus in there with an old pair of Black Neons and a Betta.

Also, got some new pics of my fish. :D Some are quite large so I'll link those instead at the bottom.

Nearly done with messing around the tank.
Busy this is one guarding the middle shell that may have already spawned (doubtful but one can hope).
Sparring pair, these two seem to always be going at it.
Lots of sand work they've been busy doing. Look at the first post of the set up to see just how much they did in two days. It was all mostly flat sand with shells on top.
More busy business.

great lookin fish and tank.how many gals?you could always slap it in your shellie tank if its big enough

I'm thinking four females, maybe three. Definitely one dominate male (one of the two in the first picture of the last post) and a subdominate male (the pale one). A third one is possibly another male (the other one in the first pic) but doesn't back down and I'm still not good enough at identifying them to properly sex them.

As to a plec in the tank, I don't know. I have 6 Zebra Danios in there as well and am debating whether to keep them in there or not. It's a 30 gallon breeder and I'm hoping for some breeding to go on and don't want any variables that may disrupt that if possible.
