Hi, guys my female gourami has been very swollen for quite some time now, she looks like a golf ball and I believed she may be pregnant. However, today when my lights turned on she was lying on her side on the bottom of the tank. She barely moves and only comes up for air and struggles to do so many times. She will not run if I put my finger near it or if other fish come to check out what is going on. What do you think this may be and what should I do?
