hello,

as said above this is my first tank, ive used a mixture of pea gravel and coarse sand for the sustrate and lots of bogwood (i like bogwood, and that odd yellowy water:)). Im worried i may have overplanted, i realise this may mean a fair bit of up keep in terms of pruning and a more of light (my starter unit is on order, so that'll be sorted soon) but is this the only down side? its a 120l tank, and although it doesnt show well on the pictures there is a nice big bit of open water in the middle for faster swimmers. just posting for feedback and criticsm as im quite proud of it, but would like to know what you think. thanks a lot for taking the time to look.

Chris

Looks good. I like gravel/sand mixes. You've kept a nice swimming area too which I also favour. Hopefully we will see it better when the ballast arrives, great start.

Oh, please push it back onto the stand though.. :good:

Yes.... you should definitely put the tank all the way on the stand!! Don't want to cause any stress on certain parts of the glass..
