First outdoor fish harvested

Today I've harvested a group of delta guppies from an outdoor tank. They were put outdoors as being green specimens. But today, they've turned out being purple. Only their heads have remained green. The group has reproduced themselves very well in their outdoor environment..
I must have overlooked a gene which caused the purple coloration.

I suspect you know about this but just in case: Alan Bias wrote a paper about the purple body (Pb) gene in guppies. One of my favorite mutations especially when it comes into play with Vienna Emerald swords.

Yes, I know about it. Alan has contacted me frequently when he was still alive. He thought that I was the most serious guppy breeder in Holland (both wild and breeding forms). There are way more guppy breeders in my country of course. But he thought that many overhere were just talking big instead of knowing how to deal with guppy genetics. And I do know a serious number of Dutch fancy guppy breeders who love to put themselves on a pedestal. But they've hardly till even zero knowledge of guppy genetics. They just talk big about those guppies they've imported. And they think right away that they are knowledgeable and the best breeder. It becomes very childish to want to be the one who always has the last word. I've distanced myself from such persons. This makes me also not always loveable among them. But I just tell them that I've always followed my own path in this hobby and I just don't feel urged to get in discussion with wannabees who think they know it all...

Btw, I still breed Vienna emerald doubleswords.
