Hello!
As the title suggests it looks like I've got my first batch of krib fry....
My pair of kribs have lived in their own tank for a while now.... they've been showing beautiful colours and lately I’ve see them digging about.... after reading some great threads on coconut caves I decided to make some and the krib tank received one...the female took to it immediately and last week she seemed to have almost barricaded herself in…. anyway today I was checking the tank and noticed that another hole had been dug underneath the bogwood and both parents were paying a lot of attention to it…. The hole is quite open and I can see some what look like little white things….they seem to be moving a little…not what I’d call swimming though….
Too be honest I really don’t know what I’m looking at or what to be expecting
My thoughts are that the eggs have hatched in the coconut cave and the parents have moved them to the new home and I’m maybe seeing their egg sacks??
Anyways any info would be greatly appreciated!! I’m also wondering what I should be feeding them and when I need to feed them….also I think I need to be watching out for aggression between the adults and I might need to remove one???
Many Thanks!!!
