Firemouths Won't Come Out Of Flowerpots

Hi,
I have 2 firemouths 1 female and 1 male. I have 2 flowerpots and each of the firemouths have gone in one, they won't come out what shall i do?

No need to worry the female has now come out and the male is half out!
