quick question, are firemouths aggesive? and can you keep them with mbuna cichlids?

Yes and No. FM's are cichlids and all are aggressive to some extent although the level of aggression can vary from fish to fish. There are many reasons why FM's should not be kept with Mbuna including diet and water parameters not to mention compatibility. I once saw 2 FM's in with lots of different Mbuna in a fish shop near me and their fins were completely shredded. Not a good idea IMO.
