One of my firemouth's mouth is stuck open, it's been like it for 2 days now, he interested in food but hasn't eaten for 2 days. Is there anything I can do. Ammonia & nitrite 0. Nitrate 10. Ph 7.5. There no symptoms of desease. He's a young firemouth about 2.5" long

Sounds like he's damaged his mouth in some way, either on ornaments or fighting with another fish. Have you checked there isnt anything in his mouth/throat that could be causing this? If its permanent damage, the fish is likely unable to eat properly and the long term prognosis isnt good Im afraid.

I've had a close look, there's nothing stuck in his mouth, I spoke to someone at my lfs earlier and he said he's probably bashed into a rock, there's nothing I can do, his mouth may get better or not, its a shame because out of all my firemouth's he is colouring up the best. Fingers crossed, I hope his mouth gets better before he starves.

Open mouth can mean dislocated jaw, injury, sores in the mouth, or something stuck in the mouth.

Hows the fish breathing.
What do the gills look like.
