I get the impression from things I have read, he may be too big for your tank. I don't know that for sure, I've never kept them.

Whilst searching for "harlequin rasboras" after that look for "The nitrogen cycle" and then see why he might not be so great.

5 minutes surfing and you could have found the answer to all these questions. I just hope you at least got some good advice from your local fish shop when setting up the tank.

Also yes, they will be too big for your tank, not now, but a year down the line it deffinately will want to be in a bigger tank.
