As one strip of his fin had dropped about 2-3weeks ago and edges of his fins became ragged few days ago..
I've just started using Myxazin(Waterlife) and did a full tank change with 3days aged water+conditioning due to japanese yellow powder(3days w/o food) to treat his fin rots.
Prior to that, gravel was removed before i bought him as i was worried that his big fins might drag on the ground. Plants was added only after myxazin was added to provide hide-out.
He stays alone. He used to be my stunning Half Moon, i have Melafix too but have not tried using on him due to the contents. No other problem for another betta at all.
Hope that Myxazin helps, someone please provide advises.
Another questions:
- Can/Should feeding be done if Myxazin is used?
- It was stated that it should be used till it recovers according to the Waterlife's official website, is it true?
- Can Hikari Brine Shrimp be fed if i see very fine white ants?
