Finrot

I have just realised one of my black widow tetras has abit of finrot , I have done a water chamge and treated it. Now this might sound silly but when I add it to my new tank and add other fish will it affect the other fish? Also how long will it take for the tetra to heal?

if it is curede it wont infectany other fish.
you say when I add it, implies it is in quarenteen already.
only add it if you are 100% sure it is cured

Thanks it's already looking better and I'm not adding it to the new tank for about a month cus I'm going on holiday, will it be ok without being cleaned out for 2 weeks.
