Finding / Tracking Post & Threads

Is there a tool that can help me find threads & post. I was very actively following a thread and now I can't find it.

If you have posted in the thread you can finding by clicking on your name and then "Find Members Post" or "Find members Topics" if you started the thread.

Its then just a case of scrolling through until you find the one you wanted.
