Finally, my very first fry!!

she (my female guppy) did it, she gave birth to 8 beautiful little fishies!!!!!
I've had her for 31 days, so she did an excellent job on carrying them for a month
Ofcourse I want to thank everyone here now, who has helped me so much!!
You'll have te help me raise the fry now ofcourse...

the mom is still in the breeder net at the moment (4 hours after the first drop), and she is still fat, she hasn't even got much thinner, and the gravid spot is still dark.
is it possible she has more? she's very lively...

It's possible she's not done you. It can often take 12-24 hours for them to drop all the fry if they have a lot. Alternately, she may be geting stressed out in the breeder net.

She is probably getting stressed out by the breeder. Which may also explain why she has only had eight fry. Breeders are bad!
