I have not liked my largest tank since I got it and realised it was lacking some real plants. I had put lots of plastic ones in as at the time the cost of the tank and gravel etc cleared me out.

Ordered some plants off Greenline for a 48" tank which arrived today so I've been up to my armpits in water putting them all in.

Here is the tank before. Please excuse the algae but I was letting it build up as I picked up some bristlenose plecs today

And after. I'll probably have to mix it around a little to get it right but I thought it looked tons better and the fish seemed to like it

Thanks littlefishie and Sasha :)

Its not great yet but when they fill out it should look really nice. Some of them uprooted overnight and were whirling round the tank this morning because of the fluval 3 filter so I need to replant them today. Lots of my fish are swimming round with green poop this morning so I hope they aren't eating them all :grr:
