Fish Herder
Ok so I've now managed to get rid of my chinese algae eaters (after upsetting all the fish)! The little blighters were nearly impossible to catch and the last one took the biscuit (It just goes to show a fish can learn)! Took nearly half an hour to catch all three and put them in a breeding trap!
My tank now has a new look as I took the oppportunity of rearranging everything in it so there was a bit more swimming space for the others! Also took the opportunity to purchase some bloodworms and daphnia to treat them to! Found a strange looking creature in with the daphnia not a clue what it was so that didnt get fed to them and then found a leach in with my bloodworms too! Of course there is no way I'm letting a leach loose in my tank (they breed like crazy and damage the fish)
Pleased to say all fish seem happier now that they have been left alone for a while! Got two new baby plecs who are meant to only grow to 4 inches but we'll see! They are addorable though must admit even though didnt really want plecs!
Will keep you all informed of the plecs progress! They seem pretty happy very lively little things constantly out and about (I always thought plecs were shy creatures)
