Finally! got Photographs!

Okay, first off is Moe. He is the first Betta I acquired.

"Oooh, whats that down there, Mommy? What are you doing?"

"Hmm. I see. You want to see me in all my Fish glory? Well, since you have that bright shiny thing pointed at me, I'll do it -- you better feed me treats though!"

And this is Pearl...

"There is a lady fish over there! I know she is there! Stupid Divider! It is in my way! Arg! I'll get around it, just you wait and see, Mommy..."

"Hmph. I'm king of this tank. Ignore my next door neighbor. Look at *me*..."

And finally, Emerald. Bless her poor little heart, she has bad swim bladder problems, and I'm taking her to a betta owner who might be able to do something about it. (Fish trading, in a nutshell.) But I still love her very much

"Mommy.. why can't I do much more than float here? It makes it so difficult to hunt my food... Do something, Mommy!"

Yeah, she is very pretty. -- its a real shame aboutt he swim bladder problem I wish I could realistically keep her. *sigh*

I think I'm going to end up picking up a pair of girls today when I trade her in, instead of the boy... while pretty and a grab, I don't think Pearl would like even more competition.

I should have more photos of Emerald soon, actually. I just took another round.

I don't think Pearls albino, too many other colors present But hes pretty all the same.

This little lovely is Moe. He loves to be left alone to dart back and forth in his side of the fish palace.

"I'm so Pretty, look at me!"

And this is a shot of the divided tank they share. You can see Steel hogging the camera, as usual. Moe didn't feel like posing, and Pearl is hiding behind that there divider edge.

I really need lessons on how to use digital cameras. Wheres a good old 35 mm when ya need it? Arrrg.
