Fin Rote?!?!?!

Hi all i finaly got a better picture of MR. REDS fins to see if it was fin rot. I also noticed that it looks like its starting to split?!?! dont know what to do so please help out.

WhaT is the tank size and it looks kinda like it do you have any plastic plants in the tank

as said what size is the tank? any sharp objects? Water stats? how much water you change and when etc

doesnt look like finrot to me. Looks more like ray defects. VTs especially are prone to going all wonky on the ends (i have owned a lot of VTs..and ill say esp if from lfs and not direct from a breeder).
I would wait and see if you see actual deterioration before treating.

A bottle of Betafix will treat that tear very quick and nicely. I have a betta that is on day four of treatment with betafix after a tail injury. His tail split all the way up to his body. The tear has subsided to less that a cm long.
