Why isn't fin rot going away after 3 weeks

the fins have to heal over time. my catfish had it for months and just got over it.

The treatment said1 week then done do I stop until he is fully healed or should I stop right now

stop when it says to. i used stress coat plus. It says it helps repair damaged fins and I could use it every day. Don't add it for too long though because your water hardness will increase over a month but they will be healed.
