Fin Rot

hi all think i got a problem. new to this so be gental lol.i recently added new fish to my tank after a few days there fins had white tips ,last 3 days lost three fish and noticed 2 of my best fish tips of fins missing and white what can i do

personally i would use esha fin rot or melefix

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Any fin nipping going off.
White edging can be finrot.
Are the fins falling apart.
