Fluffy, my crowntail betta, looks like he has little pices of gunk hanging off the ends of his fins. He's really pale and has horisontal stripes. The gunk kind of looks like the end of his fins are pooping (sorry about the use of words, but I'm trying to describe it as best as I can). What is this and how can I cure him?
