Fin Rot On My Angelfish

Got 17 fishes in my tank and only the 4 small (1 inch) angelfish are showing a slight top fin rot. Getting worried but ive only noticed it after adding alot of rocks and bog wood..ect. Is it a chance there stressed with the new surroundings?

It only looks as though the top fin is rotting on all of the angelfishes at the top and in the middle of the top fin. Seems to have happened instantly as i always have a look at my fishes every hour or 2.

Having read your other thread, I see your water readings are stable @ 0,0, 40/80, so water quality isnt causing the problem, from the picture it looks more like fin nipping to me, what other fish are in with the angels?

Ive not witnessed any nipping unless the betta gets them at night!
