Whats a good filter for a ten gallon with 20 wpg?

I'm downsizing and turning the 29 into a t10.

Do you mean 20 Watts i.e. 2 Watts per Gallon (WPG)?

Most internals will be fine in a 10G. My only suggestion would be to ensure the output flow is submerged a few inches to prevent CO2 loss through surface agitation.
