Hi there,
You will need a total of arround 200watts of heating power. I would recomend 2 visitherm 100watt heaters, visitherm as they are generaly considered the best make of heater around and two heaters at half the total power each, as they will give a much more even heating effect.
To go with the heaters, a Fluval 305 or a rena XP3 or equivilant Ehiem would be a good choice of filter.

an okay choice of Filter is the Aqua One ~ Aquis 1250UV-C, but it depends on your budget Fluval filter are exelent though

Well Fluvals are very good. I currently run a fluval 104 on 60ls, (works well on up to 100l.) When and if I get a Juwel Lido 120 i'll run the Juwel Compact filter (600lph) with my Fluval 104 (480lph) to give me a 9x turnover per hour.

I'll recommend a Fluval 305 or more depending on your stocking.
