So I have recently been on hiatus after a fish massacre and I am setting up my tank but.. One of my filters won't suck up water it will turn on but I have to manually spin it for it to start and when I put the cover on it it stops. Also I looked at my other filter that works and it's spining left this one is spinning right. It's my main filter with out it is have to use my backup which can handle it but it puts stress on it.
