ok guys, i have a 10 gal and i have a Aqua-Tech 5-15 and it is just not cutting it, i am always changing the filters. so what should i do, should i add another system to it?? Thanks in advance, all comments are welcome.

Why do you always have to change the filters? Just rinse them off well in declorinated water.

i have some frogs, african Clawed Frogs, and a Rainbow shark,


n3ont3tra, i do rinse the filter, but it is still very dirty when i do it and the next day its back to being bad.

its a Epalzeorhynchos frenatum and i have 2 clawed frogs.

All that dirty stuff your washing off the filter media, you want there. You should only was off the filter media if it is restricting
alot of water flow. The bacteria that is on the filters consumes the ammonia released from fish waste.

he is about 1 inch right now.

I'm not sure if you know this, but they get 5 or 6 inches.
