Filter Went Off :(

So my roomate blew a fuse in my room which made the filter go off overnight (I was away for the night and didn't notice), the media was still damp when I touched it, is it possible that some of the bacteria is still alive? Fortunately there's only a guppy and a platy in the tank so if a lot of bacteria died it's not too hard to keep up on extra water changes. I tested the water and the levels are still good (0,0,20) but I figured it's probably too soon to tell.

Should be fine, do ammonia tests for the next couple of days if you're worried. You dirty little stopout you.

Providing the media was still wet, you shouldnt have lost a lot of the bacteria, if any, as advised just test for a few days to make sure you dont get a mini-cycle.
