Filter Pipe

Hi, I have a Juwel Rio 180 and the filter pipe blows the water out quite hard, as the outlet pipe flow is strong, all the little particles in the water get blown about away from the filter slits. Will my water ever be crystal clear? my tank has been set up for 4 weeks.

I use very fine polishing pads which I change every week on a water change. They get clogged up with all the debris and then I just remove them.

Can you move the outflow pipe to direct the water in a different direction?
