Filter Help!

Well this isn't realy a large problem but i have a rio 240 with a Eheim professionel 2 external filter in. However heres the problem, at the minute i have angle fish in the tank but noticed the current was to strong for them. Does any one know if you can reduce the flow to the spray bar/outflow pipe Tnx to any one who can help!

just putting a spray bar on should be enough, you can then point the output from the bar towards the tank side which will reduce it further

Brilliant.........very handy to know once I set mine up..............as my canister flow is 1000 litres per hour which is over X3 times my tank size......sorry to hijack !!
