Filter For Betts Tank

Hi all

Would like to know what the best filter would be for a 64ltr aquamode one tank
As the trickle filter seems a bit strong for my betta

I use sponge filters with my boys not the best looking but pretty cheap and do the job well

I use sponge filters! You cal use a H.O.B, and cut a baffle and stick it to the outlet to resist the flow and thus just make it a trickle.
