Filter Flow Question

Hello!

We have our 100 Uk gals tank up and running and we have just put some plants in (no fish yet, they are going in next week). At the mo, we have the filter flow up quite high - should this be turned down as i think I have read that lots of surface movement takes out co2?

what plants do you have? as some don't need as much CO2 as others.

alot of surface movement can take out CO2, are you adding any?
