Film At Top Of The Water

I have a 55 us gallon tank. It has been up for a while now. But i do have a strane like film on the top of my water. My guess would be protine. What is the best way to get rid of this.Thanks for any help or sug.

Sort term, use a paper towel to adsorb the film. Increasing surface movement will keep this from occuring. Some fish foods seem to do this as well, try switching foods, and perhaps feeding less.
