figure 8 puffer curls up and lays on bottom

title and description sort of explain it. puffer lays on its side at the bottom of the tank, and its fin curls down. i poked at him and he moved, but is something going wrong?

edit: i think it might have had a stroke or something, his left fin doesnt move at all when he swims away.

usually when a puffer acts like that he isn't feeling too well. How long have you had him?

Okay I am not a puffer expert but I would say he has a bacterial infection. Anyone want to correct me here?

1. when was your last water change?
2. what's the temp?
3. nitrate, nitrite, and ammonia levels?
4. how long has the tank been up?
5. do you have a local fish store you can go to ask questions about the right meds?
