Fickle Juwel Lighting Unit

Hello, I have a second hand Rio 180 which I've had for about two years.

Tonight the lighting unit seems to be playing up. It turns on for about a minute then cuts out. Has anyone else has this problem?

Does it require a new lighting unit? I'm not sure whether I have a T5 or T8 unit. Which one is best if it needs replacing?

if you do upgrade go for T5's of your planning plants if not then dont bother
