Few Questions About My Betta

It doesn't seem to like the aquarium tropical flake food that i bought with it, so i got some bloodworm, the company is king british and it eats that straight away but it says dont feed it blood worm more than 2-3 times a week?
Questions are
how much bloodworm should i put in tank?
what else can i feed it when im not feeding it bloodworm?
there is bubbles around the top of my tank, but not in the way bubble nests are? they seem to be around the edges of my tank and a couple in the middle of it? what are these?

3 or 4 bloodworms at a time. Get some Hikari betta pellets, and some TetraBetta flake. And those bubbles will be what your boy has made, they just make them anyway!
