i have a 60 gallon tank.
it has one 52.8 watts LED light and one 17 watt light.
no co2

the plants will be:
2 amazon swords
6 batches of water wisteria (planted, not floating)
3 mother crypts(name at lfs, just really big crypt wendtiis in my opinions)
3 batches of kava moss
1 java fern
1 anubias
1 rosette sword
a lot of elodeas
1 jungle val
4 crypt wendtii 'green'
1 crypt wendtii 'red'
12 Alternanthera reineckii "cardinalis" (Telanthera)

is dosing 5 mL of seachem flourish in my 60 gallon tank enough for these plants or should i up the doses. i will dose it every tuesday, thursday, and saturday, so 15 mL a week

try it and see, if your plants seem to be dieing due to ferts up the dose a little. although if you start dosing ferts you may have to dose co2

Led lighting is much brighter than normal T5 lighting, I wonder if you have to much light for what your dosing, got any pictures of the plants so we can see any deficiencies?
