Can anyone recommend any good fertilizer? I would like to try some in my 125g tank. I would prefer something liquid that is highly concentrated. Meaning, I do not want to buy a tube that requires you to dump the entire thing in the tank. Mostly what I have seen is something that costs $10.00 at the fishie store and if I followed the recommendations I would have to use the entire bottle in one treatment.

Sera does a 5litre bottle of Florena but it is <Mod edit: Please don't try to avoid the swear filter> expensive. Go to your local garden centre/ nursery and buy some iron chelate. Add a small amount of that to the tank and measure the iron levels an hour later.

and measure the iron levels an hour later.

And then unless you have a high quality calibrated laboratory grade test then you can read, comprehend and then rightfully dismiss the result.

I wouldn't bother testing for Iron as most kits will give a totally inaccurate reading and send you down the route of trying to correct a defficiency/overdose that is actually not there.

If the fert you use is any good it should have ample iron and if you have a nutrient rich substrate you certainly should have enough.

Try just to go for the simplest route. Tropica PN or Seachem Flourish should have the correct balance to provide everything you need.
