Try the seachem's flourish too. I have had great results when using both seachem products and I make sure that the water is within the parameters for the plants. The lighting can't be left on for more than 12 hours on any of these plants.

ok thanks, i wasn't sure about the flourish, didn't no if it would of been enough on it own or if i would have to get the Flourish Nitrogen, Flourish Phosphorus or Flourish Potassium™ too - which gets pricey!

It could need those but I would try the flourish first and then go for the phosphorus first if that doesn't seem to make them better

Or....

Just buy an all in one mix that has everything like tropical plant nutrition + (TPN+). Flourish is only trace and not NPK ... flourish excel is carbon and acts as a Co2 supplement and will just make your plants require more ferts.

You could go the other route of making your very own simple mix with dry powders which in the long run will be considerably cheaper.

Thanks guys im gonna go for the flourish and if no results go withe the tpn.
I have some light reflectors, is it a good idea to use these or leave them off?
