Fertilization Method

I know you're going to tell me to read the EI thread, but i already did and i dont understand a few things. My fertilization schedule is going to this:

Day 1 - 40% water change, dose _____amount of KNO3
Day 2 - Add 7 ml trace
Day 3 - Add _____ amount of KH2SO4
Day 4 - Add _____amount of KNO3
Day 5 - Add 7 ml trace
Day 6 - Add _____ amount of KH2SO4
Day 7 - Water change and start over by adding _____amount of KNO3

My micronutrient suppliment was going to be Seachem Flourish, and i was going to use root tabs too. How much of the potassium nitrate and mono potassium phosphate should i add for a 29 gallon tank with 2.3 WPG do you think on those days? I'm a little cinfused here.

What are your readings first of all?

And why water change on 2 consecutive days? (1 and 7)

Also, is your CO2 to appropriate levels already? (30ppm) EI requires a steady supply of CO2 before dosing nutrients. No point in dosing nutrients if your CO2 isn't at 25-30ppm I mean...

Yea, my CO2 is at 28 ppm. It started at 35, then it went down to 28 ppm in like 3 days, now it hasnt changed from there at all.

And for some reason, i cant edit my posts, and i was going to delete the water change on day 7.

So yea, any help with how much i need to add?
