I added fertiliser to my planted 30gal last week and since then the plants have been growing in leaps and bounds. I used ferropol. My question is, do I add it everytime I do a water change? If not, how often am I meant to add it?
As I said,my plants are doing great with ferts. Leaves that were slightly yellow between the veins are growing back pure green, my ambulia that I thought was dying has new shoots all over it, my new runner val plant has grown out of the gravel by about 3-4 inches in a WEEK and my red plant (can't remember the name) is REALLY red and growing heaps more than usual.
Not to mention the new red-stem plant taking off as well as the Rotala rotundufolia suddenly sprouting new shoots.
And for those thinking of algae, there has not been a noticeable growth of algae.
GO FERTS!!!!
