yeh i mean my brother has his in a betta box but mum n dad wont allow any more tanks and my tankshave bettas in he is happy though perhaps not as happy as ina larger tank but hay i cant change it

Mine greets me every morning, & swims up & down the front of the tank while I have my breakfast.
He didn't like me much when I added some shrimp though, he sulked for a day or two, but he's forgiven me now

Lol that's a smart fish.

for a betta, he is the equivalent of Einstein! You can get him to memorise things and HE WILL remember them after 2 months!


i have trained him t come to the surface when i either call his name or snap my fingers... he is a bright bunny! He has even learned that the net doesnt mean death and will swim into it when put infront of him... he will tolerate being out of water for about 10 seconds... which is what it normally takes for me to put him in his cup when i do a huge w/c

He is so clever... i would never let him go!
