Finally, after keeping an eye out for over a year, the LFS had some Endlers!!!

I'm just wondering -- should the females be THAT much bigger than the males? Haha. Those little guys seem downright puny next to the girls. ;)

Anyway, I'm thrilled to finally have a group of these cuties. They're all swimming around happily in my 20-gal, playing follow the leader haha.

Yeah the females are big by comparison to the males. They look good and healthy, expect lots more soon. Great little fish, good luck with them.

Females have been hard to come by for awhile.. I've only seen them maybe once in the 5 years I've kept livebearers...

Good luck with them!

Thank you! :) Good to know that's normal for the females to be significantly larger. I'm very excited to have them. They do seem very lively and healthy. I've always had very good luck with the LFS that I got them from too. It's quite cute too -- my lone female platy (used to have a group of them) is hanging out with the female Endlers. She seems quite happy to have the company!

Oh wow, I guess I was lucky to stumble on the females then. If (or should I say when) I have some fry from them, I'll be sure to post here in case there's anyone who would like some (males OR females) :)

Oh WOW ... I have to say -- I think these are my new favorite fish. They're SO active and fun to watch! :)
